I did some searching and everything I found is regarding airplaying/streaming the same thing to multiple devices.

What I want to know is can I use my MBP to share different things to different TVs? It maybe doesnt look like it as I have an Apple TV 4K and a old TV with built in Roku, and it looked like it stopped one when I started another. I thought I would ask because its a super old Roku and thought maybe its possible if I had 2 Apple TVs or something.

What I'm trying to do is get a multi-TV setup for football, and I stream everything from the internets. So if it doesnt work I could still Airplay something from my MBP to my main TV, and then I guess I'd have to sacrifice another device to airplay/stream to a 2nd TV. By sacrifice that means I couldnt watch a game on the same iPad I'm using to airplay to a 2nd TV.

I guess thats not horrible considering I have an old iPhone 7 Plus, 2 iPad mini 4s a 2017 iPad Pro (thats screen is hanging on for dear life after the battery expanded) and a 2018 iPad Pro. Maybe I could use the old iPhone 7 Plus to airplay to a TV and then have the remaining iPads to play other individual games on if I so choose.
