hello all,

whats going on w the app store on the phone as well as in itunes?

i get multiple apps of the same kind in itunes saying i need to update them when i already did.

i also get multiple apps of the same kind in my itunes mobile folder.
aim
aim 1
aim 2
etc.

questions --

can i delete the older versions and just keep the newer ones?

will this effect anything?

will (should) apple fix this keeping only the newer version in the folder?

is there any safe practice you do that has worked? (only download from phone? or itunes?)

what are your thoughts?

thanks for all your serious replys.

of course..you again.

some things never change.

thanks for the help
i do appreciate it.

Ok lets all make snark sarcastic comments about his thread when he's asking about a problem.

Because that makes us mature individuals apparently.

I find it easier to just download it on iTunes and then sync it over, same with music. Unless I really really REALLY want a song or something and I'm not at my home. I would suggest that from now on, and maybe delete all free apps and re-download them from iTunes...just as a fresh start.

I answered this question the first post; the Apps updater is a bit broken right now.

Or look at the title/what he said in his post. He wants SERIOUS responses only and he posted his title with alternating caps. Quite silly/immature if you ask me.

thank you for the help. sometimes you dont know what you are going to get w replies w this forum. its def not like others i am on. recently, half the replies are from informative apple fans who want to help each other, and the other half comes from the flat out axxholes who look to mess w someone. prob were picked on as a kid or something. but that about sums up the world today anyways. if it was not for axxholes i wouldnt exsist. it separates us. u know who you are.

i did the shift key to get some attention to the thread as well as it was late at night and to be honest, just felt like it.

now for some of you, go back to not helping people.
have a good day.
