Multiple Display Window Management

One big problem I have with using multiple displays and workspaces with MacOS is applications or windows opening up in the (other) display that is not currently in use. Sometimes these are hidden, and I have to go searching for them. It seems like there should be an option in an app's dock menu or with a key command to do something like "recall/group all app windows into this workspace/display." Are there any 3rd-party tools that do this or make multiple display/workspace window management better?
