If Im streaming a video on my macbook and I put that safari page full screen onto a second display, an apple TV hooked up to a tv to be specific, where would the sound emerge from? my macbook or TV?

Also, say I have another stream open on the macbook itself, would that sound emerge from the same source as the other display? or is there a way to get each full screen app to output their sound from different sources?

Edit: Im on Mountain Lion and am questioning the capabilities of Mavericks' multiple display feature.

Can you select the sound for the TV in System Preferences->Sound pane?

Plus you can change output sound by holding down the 'option' key while clicking on the Finder speaker icon.

Well Im still on Mtn. Lion, so i cant test it yet. I was wondering if any of the Devs have tried anything like it.

Well you talk as if you we're having these problems. So excuse me.

Sorry :p it was mere pre-release capability curiosity. I'm exicted over this feature, Im just worried I might be getting too excited to where it may not reach my expectations upon release. Modified my original post to reflect this.
