Multiple displays/spaces not showing custom wallpaper

How do I get it so I can select one wallpaper and it gets put on each space on each monitor (I have three)? Right now, it only shows up on Desktop 1 of my main display...

Do I need to buy an app for that? I can't believe it's not built in...
