multiple e-mail flood

I am getting the same email (with attachment) every 6 minutes from a known AOL email account. This has been going on for 36 hours. I've black-listed this email address. But it's still getting through. The email itself is all in code, including the supposed attachment.

I removed all the suspect email from my ISP mail server site. That didn't do the trick either.

Any help vastly appreciated! Thank you.
