Multiple email recipients

Hi all

Does anyone know how to send an email to multi recipients??

I have set up some groups in my address book, but can't seem to work it out??

Just separate the addresses with a , (comma) and you are good to go. Kind of bad on the web interface (for me at least, but I can get to it) I have to type out the addresses because I can't use the Address Book from inside mail.
