Multiple episodes on iDVD?

I'm trying to copy a series to dvd but I can't seem to figure out how to make it so there can be multiple episodes with a menu to be able to select which one to watch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm on a Macbook OS X 10.4.11 if it makes a difference.
