I have my internal HD partitioned into 2 installs of OS X, one containing 10.10.5 and the other 10.11 PB.
The 10.10.5 installation is protected by FileVault 2 but by nature of FV2's design (booting into the recovery partition to unlock the main partition) I'm worried about trying to enable FV2 on the 10.11 partition as well. Would it create 2 recovery partitions? Is FV2's recovery design capable of handling 2 partitions?
I'm currently switching between the OS's via System Preferences > Startup Disk, so perhaps that would direct it to prompt unlock of the correct partition?
Both are backed up and I have a Yosemite install drive so I'm not incredibly worried about the possibility of something going wrong but it would be inconvenient to say the least
