Multiple flag types in Mail.app?

Is there a way to set up multiple different flags in Mail.app? For instance, I would like to file all mail for Client X in a single folder, but have one type (or color) of flag for emails that contain invoices, another for change requests, etc. If it were possible to add multiple flags to a single email, too, that would be ideal.

Any ideas?
