Multiple home shortcuts in Maps

I keep getting multiple shortcuts for "home" in the Maps app even though I only have one home location set. Why are these multiple shortcuts coming up? This has not happened before until recently. Any ideas?

Bump. Anyone have an idea? It's really annoying my recent list suggestion list is taken up by all these HOME suggestions.
