iPad Multiple iCloud Accounts

Has anyone worked out how to add multiple iCloud accounts for enterprise? At the moment I can only get it to act the same as iOS 12, using an Apple school Apple ID and a personal one.

Our iPads are managed by ZuluDesk, and I can’t see any way to enable it in a profile either.
