multiple instances of app links in right-click menu

Hi,

If I right-click on a file and go to Open With, there are at least a couple of instances of links to the same app listed in the menu -- for example, two links to Safari, two links to Quicktime... Anyone know what's going on or seen posts by other who've had the same issue?
