Multiple Instances of MobileSubstrate Add-on

I was disabling a particular add-on through SBSettings today and noticed one of my tweaks has 2 instances in the list of MobileSubstrate add-ons. One instance is turned on, and one instance is turned off. The tweak in question works fine, but I'm wondering if there's any way to remove the duplicate entry? Is this indicative of a possible instability/conflict?
