iPod Multiple iPods/Mu;tiple Libraries

I recently got a 2gig nano. I already have an Ipod video and I am trying to figure out how to use my music files for the new nan by slecting songs from my library or selecting and copying the whole library.

I am also wondering ,can i keep both ipods on the same library, and sync a playlist to it..

I also have another slightly easy question to answer i think..

I made it so i manually manage the music onto the iPod, and it finished loading, and it sitll says Do Not Disconect. What should i do?

Eject it from iTunes (and maybe from Finder, too).
