I have AppleCare+ but have already used the 2 accidental damages on my iPhone 6. I've had a couple drops and notice that part of the antenna band has literally chipped off.

Bluetooth connectivity is shockingly bad and WiFi is definitely worse and my battery has become terrible.

I've been looking at iFixit posts and it seems that the bluetooth has nothing to do with the antenna band, so is this the case with the WiFi as well? If so, surely Apple would fix these and leave the damaged antenna band?

That sort of thing doesn't sound like something they would fix unless you paid for the repair? They would probably normally replace your device instead.
