My problem:
I have two itunes accounts.
accountA@me.com
accountB@mydomain.com

I bought some apps on one account, then bought the rest on a new account. Now I want to upgrade to 3.0 so i need all apps copied to my MAcbook Pro.

When I plug my iPhone (full of apps) into my new MBP 13", itunes wont transfer all the apps off my iphone that are not listed under my current account listed in the top right corner. No big deal I could just redownload them and install after changing the "active" account. Except that my apps contain data, ewallet has all my passwords etc, google has all my accounts, etc.

The worst part is there is no way to stop it mid sync, it just says words to the effect of "we're going to remove these apps" and I have to pull the usb cable to stop it, or cancel sync. Plus even when I enter the authorized account for the apps it says it's cant be copied across, strange.

Am I missing something, or is this just the limited system apple have devised?

Possible solution: re download all the apps on the MBP, then the data might come across on next sync. Risky and a lot of time.
