Multiple keys annoyance continues....

Hey guys I am still using our mid-2014 MBP running on Big Sur and as of late the annoyance of multipe rrrrr's being continually typed. Not sure if it is a keyboard issue or something else but it comes and goes and irks me. I have gone into Preferences for the keyboard and adjusted everything as I have read online but the issue still persists.

Anybody with insight would be helpful.

Use an external keyboard and see if the problem exists on that as well.

My 2014 MacBook Pro is loaned out for the long-haul so I can't test.
