Multiple languages in the same document using Word

For spellcheck in Word, can I set it so that it always allows words from multiple languages within the same sentence?

For example, this sentence shouldn't trigger any spelling errors:

"While the French word for window is fenêtre, the German word is Fenster, and the Dutch say venster."

I'm looking for a setting in Word that says "in any document, any word that appears in the English, German, French, or Dutch dictionary is okay."
