Multiple login's not working in Catalina for anyone else?

Anyone else notice you can't have multiple login's active on the current version?

I have my Plex Server running on it's own login and when I go to swap to my regular login, it logs the other one out. In the past, left it logged in and the server ran in the background.

Any known fixes?
