multiple macs and airport express/air tunes

I have two mac computers and an airport express connected to a stereo system.

I want to add a second airport express connected to a different pair of powered speakers.

Can I use one computer to stream music to one airport express and another computer to stream different music to the second airport express at the same time. If so, is the setup automatic or do I have to configure or add software.

sure you can do that. you just specify which airport express you want to stream the music out of in the iTunes on each mac. The speaker option is in the bottom right corner on the iTunes window.
