So i ripped a few movies of my own and had some given to me. I noticed that some of my movies are around 700mb-1gb. I read on some sites that people are able to put multiple movies on one single DVD. Does anyone here know how to do this? What sort of program would i need in order to do this?

Also how would i compress my movies that are over a 1 Gb to around teh size of an audio CD ie; 700mb?

Thanks in advance

ps. i already have VisualHub, and Toast 9.

If your DVD player is Divx compatible, you can try using VisualHub to re-encode to divx and then put those files on a DVD. The safest bet, albeit with the least quality, is to let VisualHub make your DVD (just go to the DVD tab)... it'll ratchet down the quality settings to make sure the files fit within the disc size. VisualHub's creator claims you can get around 8 hours of movies on a disc with OK quality, but I wouldn't expect anything spectacular.

So are you saying that it is not recommended? As i will lose quality?
