How large are the videos in file size.

Rember that the iphone can only hold so much and won't load half a file.

Are the movies MPEG4?...

if not, they'll never load on the iPhone. Try downloading MPEG Streamclip and convert those movies into MPEG4, then load to iTunes, make sure you check the box next to the video, then sync. And, you are done.

i have the same problem. i converted a movie to mp4 using visual hub, and itunes is saying it can't be loaded onto the iphone. anyone know why?

Beez: your problem is probably related to formating see if you can convert for ipod via itunes or use iSquint to convert them again.
