Okay so I am currently on a jailbroken iphone with firmware 3.0. I have like 8 pages of apps and also have tons of apps installed via cydia. I wanna know a few things:

1. Is it possible to sync all apps that I have downloaded on my iphone to itunes? (By downloaded on my iPhone i mean that I have downloaded from a website).
2. Can I save apps I downloaded from cydia?
3. Will everything get wiped or is there an easy way to go from 3.0 jb to 3.13 jb?
4. Is it even worth it to go from 3.0 -> 3.1.3 or should I just wait until the new firmware with multi-tasking comes out?
5. Does PkgBackup actually work, and will it save all my apps if I update and just use that?

I hope I can get all these answered I would really appreciate it, thanks in advance!

If you know you want to upgrade to 4.0, and you're not having any problems on 3.0, I wouldn't bother upgrading now. It'll be more hassle with fixing everything back up the way you like it from cydia, if you're just going to do it in a few weeks with 4.0.
