Multiple User logout issue

I have a network set up that allows me to stream through PS3 with medialink.

My admin account is what is set to log into media link.

I have multiple users at the house that have a tendency to not log out of their accounts when done. I'd like to set their accounts to auto-logout (security>general>log out after XX minutes of inactivity). This appears to be a 'global' setting that affects all accounts. When it logs out, it takes medialink offline.

Is there a way to have individual accounts log out while having the admin account remain logged in at all times?
