Have a Mac Mini set up with OS X server along with around 10 macs.
We use the server for file sharing to give everyone access to company documents. However we are coming across problems with multiple users opening the same document at the same time. This causes all sorts of headaches such as lost work, strange revisions etc.
Is there any way to lock a document once it is opened by one user so that no one else can open it until it has been closed?
