I installed a wireless CarPlay in my wife’s CRV. She had wired CarPlay but it was having problems.
Before, we simply plugged in our phones and whoever drove used their phone.
However, with wireless CarPlay for another person to use it you have to unpair then pair another phone which screws up and I have to reboot or more.
Is there a way to have two users? One primary and one secondary?

Did you install an aftermarket head unit? What brand? It might be a limitation of the head unit.

On my Bronco Sport (Ford SYNC4) and my wife's Kia K5, both with wireless CarPlay, we can connect to multiple phones (not simultaneously, of course). But no unpairing/repairing is necessary. Both cars have multiple phones connected in a specific order, and we can drive either car and they connect to our phones. If we're both in the same car with our phones, the first person in the car when we start the car will connect.

I would expect yours to work the same, but any restrictions would be form the head unit and not a CarPlay issue.
