Multiple Video Chat with mixed OS

so i got all my friends into a video chatting every night, the only problem is that we can only do Audio Chatting because only 4 of us have macs and the rest have xp is there a program that we can use to have a multiple person video chat? thanks

You should look at stickam. May not be for your exact purpose, but could be a start.
