Multiple VOBs in Video TS folders to DVD w/menu

Hey all, I've got a number of clips in separate VIDEO_TS folders I like to author into a DVD with a simple Menu that would allow me to select each clip. I'm certain there's an easy way to do this, but I'm confused at the options I have (iDVD, FCE, Toast, etc). I should note I'm not interested (and don't need) to transcode the video clips. They're in DVD-ready format and just need to be authored into a finished DVD.

Any ideas on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think Toast can accomplish what you need to be done. Either drag the VOBs in or select the "DVD from Video_TS" option and drag the TS folders in, then choose one of the DVD menus. Not sure whether the VOBs or Video_TS would give a better result, play around with it a bit.
