The article mentions a .SYS file as the cause of the problem, which Mac OS X doesn't use, so I'd assume the problem affects the Windows version (but it may also affect the Mac version - eEye may have not discovered it there yet).
 
It's good to know, I'm not using any of the products. Definitely not on a PC. :D
