I know about multiwall but it doesn't support barrel.

I believe this is what you're looking for right? It's called Pages+. It is a brand new tweak but it has not been released yet. It should be out very soon though. It's compatible with Barrel and allows you to set a different wallpaper on each page of your springboard. Here's a write up on it plus it has a short video demonstration...

i know this is unrelated but what theme is that you are using?

i think the theme you are using is not entirely compatible with iOS 6 or winterboard

OP: Not sure if it suits your needs, but have you tried BossPaper? I'm using it on my iPhone 5 to rotate wallpapers. It works well enough that I still continue to use it after all these years.
