Multiple windows opening with Handbrake?

Whenever I open the Handbrake video conversion app I get multiple windows opening which is very annoying. This never used to happen.

Any ideas why this is happening please?

Is it maybe assigned to a different workspace and is switching to that when you open it? One that has those other windows open but you don't normally use?
I you open Mission Control you should be able to see/edit your workspaces
