Is there software that can demux and remux properly? Everytime I try it in ffmpegx, I get errors.
Backstory: I have a PAL DVD. My DVD player has no problem with PAL, but being someone with perfect pitch, the audio bothers me. So I demuxed the VOBs in ffmpeg, shifted the pitch of the ac3 file down 4.1% in Audacity (without changing the duration), and exported it at the same bitrate. I tried exporting the audio to both ac3 and mp2, and neither one seems to want to merge with the m2v streams. Do I have to re-encode the m2v? If so, to what?
Sorry if there's too much/not enough information. Thank you.
