I use multiport USB-C/A chargers when I travel and I have had issues charging my devices with them. Like, I hooked up my Apple Watch and it stopped charging as soon as I hooked up my phone, which seemed to hog the capacity despite the charger being rated highly enough for both.

I’m using Apple cables and I can’t remember the brand of the charger but it is legit, and I’ve had the same problem with other chargers too.

Any ideas?

I use Apple cables and Anker chargers, no issues for me. Currently I have an Anker 725 for Watch and iPhone MagSafe charger, works flawlessly
