Is there anyway to access multitask card view without pressing the home button twice? I love iOS 7 but I find myself not wanting to double tap the home button just to switch apps. Switching back and forth between apps should be simpler than that.

Which device are you referring to, iPad or iPhone? For iPad just swipe 3 fingers up simultaneously to access the multi card view. For iPhone as far as I know the double tap home button option is all you have.

Instead of a fingerprint scanner I would like a multi touch home button

This. I actually wouldn't even mind if the home button was a finger Print scanner that didnt have to be pressed, just place finger on for half a second and boom, card view.

Ipad 3rd gen. I will try the 3 finger swipe to see if it will do.

So you want a button big enough for two or more fingers?

Or did you mean you want a touch button?

But how would you stop that button from registering accidental touches? Android phones have a problem where the spacebar is too close to the touch home button so you can easily exit the app your in just because you weren't careful when you typed.
