So without a doubt the biggest issue I have with iOS 9 so far is the ridiculous stuttering and lag I see in the multitasking app switcher. I saw it when I first updated, but figured it was normal... Then saw my some of my friends' iPhones and realized all their phones had multitasking screens with totally smooth scrolling animation, where on my it's so stuttery, laggy and slow that they actually commented on it and said it looks awful.

Funny thing is, my partner's iPhone 6+ has the exact same issue as mine. Now, I see people on here arguing about whether this issue is just perception. It's not. I've seen iPhone 6+ units where multitasking is smooth as butter and really beautiful, but mine and my partner's are both exhibiting really stuttery animation and a lack of responsiveness, as if the system can't quite handle the process.

Worst part? I tried performing a clean DFU restore as new... And the issue was still there. Even without restoring from backup, this was still happening. So restoring as new is NOT the answer.

I'm convinced this is some kind of strange big affecting only certain units, which seems insane but I don't know how else to explain it. My iPad Air 2, by the way, has no lag at all and works beautifully.

Hopefully Apple will fix this in a future update.
