Multitasking Wallpaper Error

can anyone tell me what tweak might be causing this error with the wallpaper behind my multitasking trey? its freaking annoying but i cant figure out which of my tweaks is causing it

Do you have ios6 photos tweak or facebookthis installed? If so you need to remove that and then run iCleaner.
