First happened to me a few day ago, was unable to launch apps near the top of the screen like the camera app. Reboot fixed the issue. Again today, had multitouch acting up. I was typing a message and different keys were being registered, then it thought I was pressing the back button to go back to all my threads. Had to reboot again. Noticed it in Safari another time, has difficulty with the tab switched and URL bar. I'd say I've had maybe 5 incidences of this happening. Hard pressed to think this is an iOS 9 issue. Anyone else experience something like this?
