AFAIK iPhone uses a "standard" capacitive touchscreen, similar to the touchpads on the Macs.

Surface isnt multitouch or even a touchscreen it is really cameras whatchin everything. This is rather innovative but idk how much better it is especially if a camera fails.

So are the trackpads. How do you think they recognize two finger touches for scrolling, etc...
