iPhone XR 12.3 here, seems like im having a total system or storage crash. I can’t open my music, TV or itunes store apps, it just crashes. Going into music settings or storage settings also crashes. Trying to delete the problematic apps also do not work. It just remains there.
Siri does not respond to any requests relating to music, just hangs. iCloud backup is greyed out, no option to start a backup as well. same for itunes backup, just errors. settings such as storage and about lead to crashes. so im out of options. any suggestions or ideas? cant find anything on google.
