Hello everybody, I'm having a big problem. Last night I was using Apple Music and it crashed, I opened it again and all my downloaded for offline songs were deleted... everything.

Then I went to General-Use-Storage (I'm pretty sure it is like this in English) and the music app disappeared and I never recovered the 13gb of offline music I had, despite everything being deleted by itself.

I went to iTunes connected to my laptop and I saw more than 15gb in the "other" section ... So I decided it was time to restore my iPhone. I did ... And music app still not in storage ... I even restored it again "as a new iPhone" and no music in the storage management!

Has this happened to someone else? Is there a solution for this?

Thank you very much.
