Music app folders in Finder - what to keep

I'm on a Mac that upgraded from Mojave to Catalina. I have my Music Media folder stored on an external hard drive. I am trying to figure out which folders I can now delete, i.e. which folders the Music app is now longer accessing! Once I figure this out, I will be doing a cloud backup.

The first screenshot I have is an image of my Music folder (keep in mind my Music Media folder is on an external hard drive). Do I need to keep "iTunes" or "Music" folder if my Music Media folder points to an external hard drive?



The second screenshot is of my external hard drive.



If my Music Media folder points here, do I need to keep all these folders?
