Music App looks buggy when there's no content?

Is this normal for when the Music App has no content in it?

It has a black status bar, and an empty white bar at the bottom.

Compared to the Video app, it looks a bit buggy/not right.

This is on a non-jailbroken iPhone 5s running with ios7.0.4.

You are correct but why would it matter? it's empty isn't? there's no reason to look at it

I found a bug whenever you create a playlist it crash the music app. It creates the play list though.

It's more a case of making sure I'm not the only one who has this bug, because that would mean something is up with my iPhone, as opposed to an actual bug that everyone will see on their devices.

Does yours do this?

I can't replicate it because I have stuff on my cloud & phone. I probably have to sign out from my itunes account and delete all my music

can confirm it happens with not only the iPhone, but iPad as well.
Apple needs to do something, default apps are now really terrible
