Music App - no music?

i had a series 3 LTE AW and I didn’t have to sync music between the watch and the phone - the watch just had access to everything.

I just replaced the 3 with a series 4 lte and the music app is empty, saying I need to manually add music from my phone?

Am I missing a step?
 
Figured it out. iCloud Music Library was turned off in Settings > Music on the phone.
