I've had this problem with a number of my iPhones, but since purchasing the 5, I've decided to use it as my primary music player and get rid of the old iPod.
My issue is that I have my entire iTunes library set up such that Artist names are in all capital letter (ex: BLACK SABBATH), so it displays on my iPod as "Electric Funeral - BLACK SABBATH", etc. I've always done it this way and I know it's a little strange, but hey, so am I.
When I go to sync my music onto my iPhone, some of the artists will show up in that format, and some will sync in regular format (ie: Black Sabbath). I've tried everything, and it's really driving me nuts. I know it's not a big deal, but every single song in my iTunes is formatted perfectly that way, so why won't my iPhone recognize that format on all of the artists and not just random ones?
Any help is super appreciated. I'm getting DESPERATE at this point.
