Music App - Only OfflineMusic Not Working

In the latest update of iOS 9, I'm still seeing cloud music even though I have turned off the option to show it. It's resulting in lots of duplicate albums and I really only want my tagged and synced music from iTunes showing. Anyone else having this issue?
