I have a good amount of music on my touch, basically my life's supply.
My computer just happened to take a stumble down a flight of stairs and wont even turn on anymore.

How would I get my music from my touch back onto my new computer without losing it all and having to rebuy it?

any help would be great

Sadly enough you can't. D:

But can I add music to my touch without having to delete the music already on it?

There are several programs that allow you to copy music from your Touch to a computer -- just google something like "copy music ipod touch."

I dont have a Mac, anything else?

I just read an article saying I can jailbreak my touch and use that to move the files back onto my computer. Would it work?

I've searched and searched and searched for a free iPod to PC program (my girlfriend has a PC) and have yet to get anything that doesn't cost $$. As far as jailbreaking, I'm anti-JB, so I don't have a clue. Surely there is a way through jailbreaking, though.

Anyone else?
