So, last week my iPhone just decided to randomly purge/delete all my downloaded content in both the music app and TV app. I was just listening to a Beats 1 playlist and the app just stopped working. When I re-opened the app I noticed all my content was only available via the cloud. I've reached out to Apple but so far they've been very slow to respond. Since then, I've deleted & re-downloaded the music app, logged out and back into iCloud, completed multiple resets, updated the software, and finally, completed a factory reset. The app works fine, until I go to re-download my songs. Then the app will either quit (causing me to to reset the phone or log out & in of iCloud) or it will purge all my content.

I did post this in the Apple Music forum, but after a lot of views nobody is jumping at the chance to help. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
