iPod Music from DVD

I've got some concert dvds and I'd like to pull the music from the DVDs into iTunes. Can somebody tell me what the fastest track for doing this would be?

I do this all the time

0Sex and rip the tracks you want in chapters in program elements.
bbDEMUX those files in to AC3. then take the AC3 into mAC3dec and convert into mp3. From there you know what to do. PM me if your still confused and ill make PDF instductions.

You may need Quicktime Pro to edit your tracks if you need to.
