Just wanted to share this:
In the latest iOS 8.4 Beta, you can see bits of  Music already.
All you have to do is go to an album and scroll down until you see recommendations for music.
Once you tap those, you'll get informed that you need a subscription.
On the next screen, you can choose one then (in the future).

Interestingly,  Music seems to cover the functions of iTunes Match as well.
In the settings, iTunes Match is now labeled "iCloud Music".

On the Subscribe screen I actually get the option to pick the $9.99 or the $14.99 plan. Also when I opened up the Music app it opened up the Subscribe screen asking me to do so.

Snapped a screen shot of this.
So what happened when you tapped start trial? Ive got this screen on mine now but don't want to press start in case I lose 2 weeks of free! haha.

EDIT: I took the chance, and....

Nothing. The buttons show the prices, but they don't do anything. Ahh well. 3 more weeks.

that screen isnt coming up for me can someone post a step by step instructions please

I hate the new Music app. If you're shuffling music and you want to listen to a different track on the album the current one playing is on, you can no longer tap the album art that reveals the track list. Why they got rid of this is beyond me.

Woke up to this, this morning.
So Apple is going to harass people with popups it seems.
